The difference between "suki" and "daisuki" is the same as
the difference between "kirai" and "daikirai". The dai addes
emphasis. Words that will come up as love in translation: Ai, Koi, Suki.

You meant to translate it to "I've been to Japan before" not Tokyo. Just a heads up, useful info you have there. =)
